Northstar Fire Protection of Texas (Northstar) certified technicians make a point of testing fire protection systems for a variety of reasons, including preventative maintenance, scheduled service, and emergency service.
Northstar’s current service team can handle small to large service projects on a time and material (T&M) basis. For immediate repairs, Northstar’s service team will respond as quickly as possible.
For items not in stock on vehicles, Northstar has multiple vendors near all of our territories that can provide parts within a few hours. For larger clients, Northstar can stock a variety of common parts on their campus to avoid delays in making repairs when needed.
A key benefit to working with Northstar is 24-hour availability over the phone for consulting or diagnosing system issues before mobilizing to a site. This enables Northstar to send the right team to the job for making immediate repairs.
