Humberto is responsible for all Northstar Fire Protection of Texas (Northstar) alarm projects. This includes all design, engineering, permitting, on-field relations, scheduling, and coordination; as well as overseeing Northstar’s large-scale projects.
Expertise
In the fire protection business since 2000, Humberto has been a valued member of the Northstar team since 2014. He has dedicated his career to life safety and fire protection. While in the United States Coast Guard, Humberto was a Fire Protection Specialist assigned to numerous shipboard and land-based commands for fire protection and life safety.
Humberto has been involved in many key Northstar projects throughout Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia including a Microsoft data center complex, Samsung manufacturing plant, Formosa Plastics manufacturing plant, Toyota of Texas vehicle manufacturing plant, LG Appliance manufacturing plant, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Micron semiconductor plant.
Humberto currently serves as a Fire Chief in the Central Texas area, and as the local Joint Department Association President in Guadalupe County, Texas.
A graduate of Kilgore College, Humberto is also a certified Fire Alarm Superintendent, Instructor, Investigator, Safety Officer, Inspector, Plans Reviewer, Fire Chief, Fire Prevention Specialist, and more in the State of Texas.
He has earned 30-hour OSHA certification and is also a member of numerous local fire protection associations.

Outside of work, Humberto enjoys fishing, hunting, and volunteering.
